Unique Scoring Methods:

Most scores in cross country will now automatically load.  However if you have some type of unique scoring, you can alternatively upload scores to cross country meets from an excel formatted document in cross country.  The format is: In the definition: 'S' = Team Score S,Gender,Division,Place,Team,Score

Here is an example file (manually paste this): http://files.athletic.net/meet/xc/upload/56284/44976/preview.html

You can use either tabs as in this example or commas as in the definition above to separate your data field.  Here is an example with highlights to show each column.

S	M	Varsity Boys 5000 Meter Run	1	Allendale	39
S	M	Varsity Boys 5000 Meter Run	2	Muskegon Mona Shores	45
S	M	Varsity Boys 5000 Meter Run	3	Grand Rapids West Catholic	49
S	M	Varsity Boys 5000 Meter Run	4	Muskegon	87
S	F	Varsity Girls 5000 Meter Run	1	Allendale	29
S	F	Varsity Girls 5000 Meter Run	2	Muskegon Mona Shores	46
S	F	Varsity Girls 5000 Meter Run	3	Grand Rapids West Catholic	80
S	F	Varsity Girls 5000 Meter Run	4	Muskegon	82

Double Dual Scoring:

You can also do double dual scoring in cross country using this method.

Steps: 1. create an extra division for each double dual score

2. make a division name for each division that is unique

S	M	Varsity Boys Dual Allendale v Muskegon	1	Allendale	15
S	M	Varsity Boys Dual Allendale v Muskegon	2	Muskegon Mona Shores	50
S	M	Varsity Boys Dual Allendale v GRWC	1	Grand Rapids West Catholic	21
S	M	Varsity Boys Dual Allendale v GRWC	2	Allendale	37

These divisions will have no results since athlete performances will be in an overall race.
