I would love to go back through my files and post my top marks from seasons 1987-2003. I noticed that New Hope has something like this, but I wasn't sure where to start. I tried to begin at edit calendar, which allowed me to change the date, but it posted the meet on my 2008 schedule (as opposed to creating a schedule for 2003).
Click on the year links first to navigate to the appropriate year, then begin adding old events. I've never quite understood why, but you can't use the dropdown form for selecting an old year to start a new calendar.

This page explains how to enter previous season/school records to the site.http://wiki.athletic.net/FAQSchoolRecords.ashx
We can't use the drop-down to select the year, since some seasons (think indoor) can span two years. Indoor 2007 could concievable have meets in Dec. 2007 and Jan 2008. So, we need to select a season, then enter the date for the meet.

In which case, I still say it would help avoid a lot of first-timer confusion to add a Season dropdown form element. Have it default to Outdoor, so it only needs to be bothered with in the minority case that an Indoor selection is desired.
The dropdown form is *much* more prominent than the date links, so that's what people are naturally going to try using first.
