I tried to find the answer to this in the forum but it was not addressed. My junior high is grades 7-9. Your middle school options are 1-8 and a "?". How do I give my 9th graders a designation other than a "?"? I see other schools were able to add a "Fr," but I don't see how they did that.

Terry,

Hopefully this forum post will answer most of your questions.

Terry,  I understand this is common for some schools in WA.  I have changed the available grades for your team to include 9th grade.

For those reading this thread, there is a difference between middle school athletes running in high school races, and 9th grade athletes who always run in middle school races (which is the case here I believe).   WA also has some HS teams who have 8th graders run as regular HS athletes.

IF, the HS/MS division line is permanently moved for a particular school (IE, 9th always goes down, or 8th always competes up) then I can grant a modified grade option for that team.

IF, you have the standard MS/HS teams (up to 8th, 9th-12th) but have cross over, you need to have linked teams as described in prior threads.

David,

Are we going to be able to have linked teams during CC season, too? It sure would be nice.

Andy,

David is planning on adding the advanced athlete editor to XC in the next month.  Once this is done, you should be able to cross-over athletes as you have for T&F.

Sure does make life so much easier. Had my entire roster updated in about a min. or two.
