David and Athletic.net Crew,

We (Preston High School in Kingwood, WV) are hosting a night time cross country relay.  The event is run under the lights of our football stadium and track facility.  We use tiki torches, luminaries, fire trucks, etc. for supplemental lighting.

The middle school and high school divisions will consist of 4 runners each running 1.5 miles.  Schools can run unlimited number of relays.  The collegiate division will consist of 2 member teams each running 3 miles.  Would it be possible to set something so teams (middle school, high school, and college) can register via athletic.net?  I am thinking something along the lines of how relays are set up for track in athletic.net.  We of course would want to be able to import into Hy-tek.  The order of runners would also be of importance.  Please let me know if this is possible.

Sincerely,

Coach Paul Martin

You should check out my friend Calvin's XC Relay this Sat. He's using A.net for entries & HyTek for results. Here's his meet info page.
