I will be hosting a track invite this spring. I have put it on my schedule as host school. I see some meets put additional information down, start time, contact person, etc. How do I do that so when other coaches click on that meet they will see that info. Thanks

The ability to add additional information in the meet's Welcome Message is a Site Supporter feature in Track & Field. Once you've upgraded, you'll have access to these tools on the 'Manage Your Meet' page, here:http://www.athletic.net/Edit/Track/ManageMeet/Default.aspx?Cal=64045
You can also set the start times for each event once you are a site supporter.

Use that to edit your team's calendar. If you need help with the calendar, there's a great video tutorial here: http://media.athletic.net/videos/site/tf/pagetour/TeamHomeAll/TeamHomeAll.html The whole video is very helpful, but you'll probably be most interested in the Calendar section that's toward the end. On the left side there's a table of contents you can use to skip forward to the last section containing the information about the calendar.
