The Sierra Foothill custom performance list isn't working anymore for XC and doesn't exist yet for TF (would like to have it too).   Now I get the following message.   (There are results.   2009 season was chosen.)

There are no results for this season yet.

Choose a different season above.

Brad,

I seems to be working now.  Maybe it was just a temporary thing?

Josh,

I'm not sure if this makes sense or is possible, but here's what I would like (again, if possible).

We have 24 teams in our association in Michigan.  Within that, there are two conferences (12).  Within each conference, there are two divisions (of six).  Could you set up the association and make it possible to sort each division and conference for viewing?

Here's the breakdown:

Kensington Lakes Athletic Association: 24 teams

Kensington Conference: 12 teams

(within Kensington) Central Division and South Division

Central Division - Salem, Novi, South Lyon, South Lyon East, Northville, Liviona Stevenson

South Division - Canton, Plymouth, Wayne Memorial, Westland John Glenn, Livonia Franklin, Livonia Churchill

Lakes Conference: 12 teams

(within Lakes) West Division and North Division

West Division - Hartland, Howell, Milford, Grand Blanc, Brighton, Pinckney

North Division - Walled Lake Northern, WL Western, WL Central, Lakeland, Waterford Kettering, Waterford Mott

If you need anything else to do this, please let me know.

Thanks!

Steven, we have added in the 7 performance lists that you indicated above, following the breakdown that you provided by association, conference, and division.

Kensington Lakes Athletic Association

The custom performance lists are also located on each teams' page, directly above the school records section in the blue box.

Example - Salem HS

Thanks for providing the details!

FYI - Let me know if this association (conferences & divisions) applies to track as well.  If so, I can easily copy the performance lists over to the Track & Field homepage for Michigan as well.

Steven,

I noticed that your KLAA Kensington Conference Championships is on Thursday.  If you like what you see with the new performance lists, I encourage you to email the rest of the teams in your conference regarding the information available to them on Athletic.net

I know that some of the coaches will enjoy looking at the Hypothetical meet that comes with each of the performance lists that were added to the Michigan Cross Country homepage, today. Smile

Salem Coach even got the results uploaded!  Nicely done by him.  Fun to see others starting to use athletic.net in Michigan.

If you are going to MITCA Clinic Salem Coach, please see this thread:

We are considering a clinic on "how to use athletic.net". It will be an informal thing outside the clinic structure at this point, but we have a poll asking when people can make it if we hold it at various times.

Love to have some other users there to add more experience to the room or lobby or whatever we use to do it.

Appears actually that we will have an "official" slot on Saturday morning where we will present on "how to use athletic.net" at the MITCA Clinic in Big Rapids two weeks into the future.  See http://mitca.org for official clinic info.  I suspect we will not be on the program anytime soon even though they give us a slot and I have yet to see what we might conflict with.

I hope interested coaches will come and listen and learn with us.  Topics you would like us to try to fit into our short time span?

I have two possible outlines going presently and I will post them in the thread over at michigancrosscountry.com that I mentioned above.

It was actually broken, it mysteriously disappeared and broke.   But Dan quickly sent me instructions on how to fix it and it was working again.

I noticed it was gone/broken again today and followed Dan's instructions again and now it is fixed again.

I am not sure why the custom report keeps disappearing, twice now, but the instructions to repair it still work.   I just wanted to let you know that something appears to still be wrong that makes the Sierra Foothill League custom report mysteriously disappear.

Yes, there is an issue with a few of the custom lists being wiped of the teams listed.  Glad to hear that you were able to add them back on, Brad.  With only a few teams on that list, it is easier.  Smile

I have gone through and made copies of some of the larger custom lists...if this is to happen to them, as well.  David has been looking in to the issue.

Thanks for letting us know about the re-occurrence.
