Is there anything in the works for track clubs and/or masters' uploads?
The Clubs section of the website went through a major update a little more than a week ago. Over 3,000 USATF member teams were added as well.

The Uploader has gone through a number of additional updates since you posted your question on Feb 27.
The Uploader will work for many Track club uploads, but we do not have the Parser picking up the 'Age' field yet. This will come in the near future hopefully, and then it will be fully compatible with any of the HyTek uploads.
The same goes for Masters' club results. I believe all these results include an age for each athlete, which means that they cannot be fully uploaded yet. The exception would be if the athletes are already listed on the club roster; then they would be automatically linked up.
