Hey guys:

We're using the site to host an invite with over 30 schools, and entries close tonight.

Is there as way to "lock" the meet so that no additional schools can make entires, or the schools already in cannot add athletes.

I know that I can just decline the entires of schools that register late, but I'd still have to answer the "But I put my kids in the site, why can't they compete?" question.

For the second, if a coach slips someone in later, he/she can claim they were there all along.  I know that the entires I download from the site won't have these athletes, but again, this is a conversation I'd rather not have.

So, is there a way to prevent any new entries after 9:00 tonight and save me from these awkward exchanges?

There is no way to lock entries in T&F (only XC).

We recommend replacing your registration instructions with a message saying that "Registration is Closed."  Often hosts make this big, bold and red Smile.
