I am also noticing that with Team Notes, my notes are not visible, but when I click on the add team notes option, the notes I saved their earlier are still there.
I believe it is because it is all in there and simply becomes invisible via css (cascading style sheets). I have a similar problem when I copy and paste meet entries from the print entries screen, you get duplicate of all boys races and all but one of the girls races. Kind of annoying and involves much more work. Maybe they will eventually add a plain text option that is what you see is what you get. Meanwhile sounds like you have a good solution.
A better way may be to go under season summary and copy that. That is only your team.
OK, we've implemented a function on the XC meet report that will hopefully make copying easier.
Look for it next to the "Turn on Highlighter" link.
You'll want to filter to the desired schools & grades first, and then click "Prepare Report to Copy." Once you click this, copy the desired text as normal.
To view all stats on the page again, you will need to refresh the page.

Nicely done. Did you see my question/problem in my post above? I want to copy the Print Entries screen for a meet so I can send it to the coach to confirm what I am seeing. I get duplicates of all but the last group of entries.

I just tried to print the meet results page. The printer icon in the "share results" box yields an error message.
Also, The on-off for display comments in the meet results is not operating.

I couldn't sse the host team tools because of the banner link that took me here.
I want to point out that the Region 1 Boys Cross Ctry Results should be corrected to 5K instead of
3 Miles. This makes a difference when it comes to having the year end report of results individual
as well as team for the season.

There seems to be some confusion over the actual distance. While the official results at mychiptime.com do not expressly indicate a race distance, comparing the Time and Pace columns would seem to indicate that the race was 3 miles and not 5K.
Can you provide any additional confirmation as to the measured distance?
