If I am not mistaken, I keep winding up in the 2009 season.

On my event page:

http://www.athletic.net/CrossCountry/Results/Team.aspx?Cal=61218

Go to Register Athletes:

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/MeetRegister.aspx?SchoolID=12994&Cal=61218

Click on Edit Athletes -- note in this case I am working on a 2008 meet so I expect to be editing my 2008 roster -- except I am not ... I'm in 2009 roster:

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Roster.aspx?SchoolID=12994

If I am not careful I click on upload athlete roster without realizing I have jumped years!

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Upload.aspx?SchoolID=12994&S=2009

And NOTHING ON THIS PAGE SAYS 2008 ... so if I missed it on the prior page I very easily upload to the wrong year.

Conversely if I click on 2008 and upload there:

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Roster.aspx?SchoolID=12994&S=2008

using the uploader:

Nothing but the url says I'm on 2008!

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Upload.aspx?SchoolID=12994&S=2008

I upload and process (I just did an athlete already in there via paste):

I get to:

http://www.athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Upload.aspx?SchoolID=12994&S=2008

same url ... still nothing says 2008 on it.

Now I click accept ... and it's clearly 2008.

Your link to add athletes from a meet should go to the matching year roster and your roster upload should say what year it is for.
