I have a meet on Wednesday. I wrote the coaches and asked them to create their accounts and one coach told me both of them had to wait two days for their account to be active. This now concerns me as two coaches from another school have yet to activate and Wednesday is coming up fast.
Is it really a two day process or was this coach mistaken/pulling my leg/etc.?
My experience has always been much faster.

Coaches should be receiving account verification/activation emails within fairly soon after submitting the information. It is an automated system...
The one delay that could occur, when creating a coach account, would be if they were adding a new school to the site at the same time. This would require one of the Athletic.net Staff to approve the school addition (these can still be processed within 30 minutes of the submission if we are online at the time).
Remind them to check their Junk Mail, as we continuously get emails returned to us because school servers (and other mail servers) block our address. This is the most common issue regarding delayed coach account activation.
