It sure would be nice (unless I just haven't found it) if I could update all of my athletes from one screen.

I show many graduated athletes and a few no longer participating on my roster.  To remove them I need to go here:

http://athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Roster.aspx?SchoolID=12994

And then click edit, change that particular athlete and then go back and do for the next and so forth.

If it all came up in a form where I could change all of them (for example check all not participating or drop down).

Do you visualize what I mean?  More like a spread sheet view where I can change all and then hit submit instead of going one at a time.

Here is a link to our Advanced Athlete Editor: http://athletic.net/Edit/CrossCountry/Athlete/Move.aspx?SchoolID=12994&S=2009

Currently, it only shows up on a teams 'Edit Athletes' page when they are linked up to another school (like a middle school), and that middle school is in turn linked up to the high school.  This allows the coach to move the athlete over to the correct school once they change grade levels and move schools.

You can view athletes by those that are active for current season or ALL athletes.  Use drop-down menu for this option.

Clicking on 'Active: 9' will deactivate the athlete for the season that you are on.  Clicking on 'Add' will activate--and you then choose the grade level.

To give you this tool I linked your school up with Catholic (Grand Rapids) MS.

In addition, here is the new athlete editor that will make it live at some point.  Doesn't actually edit anything yet.

Sort of in between  what you were visualizing, and what we already had.

Thoughts?
