All of the pictures in my accouont are "silver" and say "not visible". When I click 2009, nothing changes. Under each folder it says zero selected for team homepage and zero tagged. I can't find where to select, or tag these folders. I posted pictures last year with no problems, but I'm stuck on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Once you click 2009, it may take several seconds for it to save and for any links to appear for you to click on. If it doesn't save at all after a few seconds, go to your team homepage and then go back to the Edit Photos page. They should then be activated and ready for you to tag, comment on, etc I went ahead and did this for the first two albums on your list. You can de-select the season if you do not want them active.

Still not working. Do I tag them in Picasa or athletic.net?
I have pictures working this year. Little bit different than last year.
1) In Picasa, insure photos are shared to web from picasa
2) In Athletic.Net main page, click on Edit Photos link from Athletic.Net page
3) In Athletic.Net Photo Setup page insure you change the appropriate photo albums from "Not Visible" to "2009" for photos you want on main page
4) In Athletic.Net Photo Setup page click on Tag Photos link
5) In Athletic.Net popup window tag the photos you want
While playing around with photos and tagging I found a couple of minor things to report.
1) The Tag Photos popup window always lists "NHCS Athletes" as the heading over the athletes listing.
2) It might be nice to be able to tag another team's athlete photos. For instance, I have photos of other team athletes from our invitational but I cannot tag them since they aren't on my team.

Ken, are you still experiencing problems with selecting a season for an album? If so, let us know and we'll investigate further.

Currently, if you tag the meet, and then the race, a list of all athletes in that race will pop down (from other schools and your school). This doesn't allow you to tag photos of athletes that aren't attached to a race though, or to tag candid shots. Is this desired? Also, as you know, tagging the meet and race has the added benefit of displaying the photos in the meet results.
I understand now, since I didn't have the other team rosters attached for this meet I didn't have them to choose from in my Athletes list. For candids and other athletes without meet attachment to show up on our web page I suppose it is usually fine to use the caption capability. In order to get photos of other athletes without meet attachment in the meet results I would need that capability though. It doesn't seem this would be a highly desired feature by many others and isn't of great urgency to me either but I would use it occasionally if it were possible. Thanks for your response.

My latest pics never change green and I have a set of old ones (from ths year) that sonehow now say 2007 and I can't get it back to 2009

Can you check it again? I think I've got it fixed.
Tagging to calendar meet events works fine but I can't seem to get it to work with calendar "comment" events. I have some non-meet events on the calendar as comments. I can select that calendar comment event on the tag photo page to tag the photo but it always changes it to the first comment for 2009 calendar on the tag page. And then the photos do not display any tag when they do show on the home page slide show.

Did we ever get the browser (firefox, IE, chrome, etc) that you were using? And the version? It may just be the version that you are using needs to be updated. If you could let us know which one, we will continue to work on this...especially if you are indeed using an updated version of any of the browsers.
I tagged your Yolo photo album to 2009.
Have been having fun with photos, adding them to albums for each meet, and tagging them too so that links to the photos show up in the meet report results page.
I am having problems with my most recent meet though. I have previously been successful in getting tagged photos to show up on reports but I can't seem to make it work with our latest meet. One difference is the number of photos, I think I tagged about 80 for this one meet. Is there a limit or some kind of known problem with large numbers of tagged photos? Otherwise, the photo gallery and previous meet tags all seem to work fine for me.
For instance, the following SFL#2 meet with tagged photos displays fine and includes the camera icons and links to the tagged photos successfully.

However, the following SFL Finals meet with tagged photos that I recently uploaded and tagged the photos does not appear to work as I would expect.
