All of the pictures in my accouont are "silver" and say "not visible". When I click 2009, nothing changes. Under each folder it says zero selected for team homepage and zero tagged. I can't find where to select, or tag these folders. I posted pictures last year with no problems, but I'm stuck on this one. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Fixed. Looks good now. Thanks!
Now that I am enjoying the picture capabilities I am noticing enhancements I would like to see.
- When displaying a picture with meet information, I would like at least the year/season displayed and perhaps the date too.
- When displaying a picture with time information would also like option for the place to be displayed
- Want capability to tag photos to non-meet events such as "comments" which are used for events such as camps or bbqs etc. That doesn't work correctly now.
- Would like capability to somehow (?) (1) keep the ability to browse individual albums (per meet, etc) and also (2) exclude pics from team homepage/albums. For instance, I upload photos for a meet including many for other teams as well as my own team. I want to tag photos of everyone to meet results but only have my team pictures go to my home page and also still have capability of browsing albums. Maybe it is there and I haven't figured it out yet but I have tried several methods without getting quite what I wanted.

Re 1: Would you like a page that would let you browse all of the albums, exactly as they are on Picasa?
Re 2: You can use the new settings on the Photo Album list page. You'll want to select 'Show only photos tagged "Show on Team Homepage"'.
You'll then have to go through and tag the ones you'd like to show on the homepage. (Using the "Display on Team Homepage" tag, on each photo.) It looks like you may have found this option? Is this what you are looking for?
Thanks for the other suggestions. I'll get back to you on them!
This is hard to explain.
I am currently using the Team Homepage selection for each photo to include the photos I want (and exclude those I do not want by not selecting) on team homepage along with the overall photos page option to only include team homepage photos. But now when I click on the browse photos button on team homepage I only have one album to browse - team homepage photos. Previously, when I included all photos I could browse photos and see individual albums that corresponded to picasa.
I would like to be able to have lots of different albums, say one or more for each meet. Then I would like all tagged photos to be linked to the results. Then I would like to be able to include which photos go to team homepage and/or exclude which photos do not go to team homepage. Then I would like the resulting photos to still be available in multiple albums when browsing photos from team homepage. I can't seem to do all of these things at the same time or I haven't find the correct combination to do so yet.
OK. We are planning to make the 'View All Photos' page do what you are requesting. It's current behavior was a little unintended.
Ok, great!
Are you only supposed to see the pictures associated with the year/season you are looking at on calendar or see all photos anytime or see all photos designated as team homepage no matter which season you are looking at, etc? (This discussion is related with previous confusing discussions on team homepage, etc.)
I think but am not sure that in Track you only saw the photos from the current year or season you were looking at.
When I enable both 2007 and 2008 and 2009 photo albums for the 2007 and 2008 and 2009 XC seasons respectively and am looking at 2009 season calendar I see all the 2007 and 2008 and 2009 photos. I am using the team homepage checkbox to display my photos. They are being displayed all in one "album" called team homepage and I think in a previous posting that was unintended behavior. So, this might be intended behavior or related to the unintended other behavior, I am not sure. I am sure that I am confused however.
In any case, I would like a capability to determine which season photos are displayed with as well as displaying the year/season/date on photos. Thanks.
I have run into a couple of new problems recently.
1) Trying to tag photos, I cannot choose a meet to link to a photo and get to choose the person. After I choose the meet from the meet list then the next list is blank. I see that for all 2009 meets. That certainly was not the case a week or two ago.
2) Trying to tag photos, selecting home page link and then next, I get the following error dialog.
Hey Brad,
I just tried it on your team page, and the only time I got the blank list was when I chose a Calendar Comment instead of a meet.
Can you try it again?
Not sure what to say about the error message... I haven't been able to reproduce that. Has it happened more than once?
Yes, I still get exactly the same behavior in a quick test to reproduce the problems just now. I did the following.
1) Team home page, select "Edit Photos".
2) Photos page select "Tag Photos" for the album "2009 XC Section JH".
3) Popup Tag Photo page select the Display on Team Home Page button and then also press Next. I get the dialog box with error message at that point.
4) Popup Tag Photo page select a meet such as CIF Sac Joaquin Section. I don't get any lists to choose from at that point.
Earlier tonight I tried different albums and different photos to tag and got the same two problems consistently.
PS- unrelated note on niggly problem - now that I have entered lots of data and got merged course records, etc, one top time data point appears to be erroneous and I can't change it. I would guess the correct time might be 16:29 or more likely 17:29 instead of 14:29 but I don't know for sure.

Ok, I was able to duplicate the problem. Interestingly, it only occurs (for me) in Microsoft Internet Explorer, but works just fine in Firefox and Chrome. IE is not what I usually use, so that's why I didn't see the problem at first.
I've left a note asking Josh to take a look at that.
As to your PS: I've corrected that time as it was obviously wrong. Thanks for the heads-up on that.
Thanks for the note on the browser. I used Firefox and tagged the photos fine including both the team homepage as well as the selection of meets and individuals. Worked great with Firefox.
I am still hoping for some of the photo and tagging enhancements but as is I am in pretty good shape now. Thanks again for your help.
As I peruse more course reports I find more erroneous data. Is this the proper place to report it? In the following course report the first 9 women's best times for 3 miles are obviously incorrect.

OK, problem in Internet Explorer should be fixed now.
Thanks for reporting it!

An unintended benefit to the course reports! So true.

Brad,
Those course records should look a lot better now.
