How do I change who is listed under the staff for a team? For example if I am currently listed as the coach for track and field, but I am not the coach how can I delete my name from being listed.

On your team's home page, left side, down at the bottom, top right corner of the Contact Info box, click on the Edit tab. From there you can update all your team's contact information, coaches, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. I'd recommend not leaving any contact information blank though, as that's the only way a coach can contact your team about a meet.
