HELP - Trying to Upload Gabriel Richard Results

I want to upload the above Cross Country Invitational results into Michigan High School and I keep recieving an error message. Can someone help me out?

Looks like maybe I was half way through the process as I created the races ...

Looks like you tried to simply feed it the link to the races ... that will not work at all.

You need to generate spread sheets.

You need to generate a tabular set of data.
