Would there be interest, or is there a need for creating a separate place in the forums for posting open dates? I know the site has gone national, well it looks like international now, but is this something that has been discussed? I suppose it could be posted under the "General" section in coaches corner, or it could also be added as a whole new topic under general. I know the state sites like OSAA.org and WIAA.com have links for that, but if we're all on here, why not make it easier for us? I know that we (Oregon City) are looking for a meet the week of April 28-May 3. We are open for either a 2,3, or 4 team full squad meet during the week or a varsity invite on the weekend. We're willing to host, or we can travel to just about anywhere in western or central Oregon, or SW Washington. We're not too worried about classification, we're just looking for some extra competition for our kids to help make that pay to play fee stretch a little bit further for them! If you are interested, please shoot me an e-mail! Thanks, Adam Thygeson

So, you're thinking that this list would be in addition to the meet list that is already up, as coaches fill up their schedule. So, that school's that have tracks, can see if there's enough interest in a small 2-5 school meet, correct?

Sounds like a good idea. It might even be a way for us to post meets that we know of that we're not planning on attending, to help coaches out when looking for additional options.

Would this be a calendar format, or just posts on the forum?
