Is it possible to upload meet results from Hy Tek Team Manager to this site for my team?  If so, how?

There is a link on the top right of each meet's page for uploading results, and the instructions are pretty good at walking you through the steps.

In addition, here is a tutorial video on the uploader:

There aren't currently any links to it on the uploader, but will be later today.

However, the result uploader doesn't import HyTek Team Manager exports.  Only HyTek Meet Manager exports.

Oops, I didn't catch that in the question...

Hytek Meet manager questions:

One of our league coaches has made the plunge and used Hytek Meet Manager to upload results. He got it to work thanks to your help, but a couple residual issues remain.

One, somehow middle school results got mixed in with high school, resulting in many middle schoolers being added to the high school rosters of the various schools. We moved them back with the athlete editor and their duplicate files I think have been merged. How can we avoid a repeat of this in the future?

Two, our non-standard heights and weights cause trouble because results were placed in the wrong height/weight category.  How can hytek be used while avoiding this issue?

Thanks

Were they running the meets together in HyTek at the same time?  If not, which meet was this, so I can go look at the upload?

The correct height/weight can be selected on the Events tab of the uploader.  This is something that must be taken care of at that point of the upload process.  So, the issue isn't with HyTek, but with the options selected during upload.

the HS/MS matter has been taken care of. Yes they were intermingling the two meets and uploaded both to the HS site.

Will chat with them about selecting correct heights and weights when uploading.T

ThanksSmile
