I would like to use Athletic.net to host the grade school track meets that our high school, Fox Valley Lutheran (Appleton, WI - a site supporter), hosts coming up in may. I am assembling materials to mail to coaches and would like to include instructions. Since, I believe, all the schools are not already listed on Athletic.net, each school will have to put in a request as they create their school to get it added to the list.

I am wondering how long will the approval process take so that I can communicate this information in my mailing. I want to make it clear that they cannot wait until the weekend before the meet to do everything including register their school for the first time.

The approval process for adding a new school will take between 30 minutes to 24 hours from the time that the request is submitted to us.

However, most coaches will find that 'Add School' requests are processed within the first 30 minutes! Smile

I agree with you that the sooner the coaches get their schools added the better!  This provides time for them to ask any questions about the website before the deadline.
