Just got really excited until I did some more reading and it appears that there isn't a T&F version yet. Is that correct?

Correct. The Meet Manager for T&F will not be released until next season.

Is there a way to create labels for T&F off of the download?
The download will only work for creating labels for Cross Country.
Alternatively, you could download the Excel CSV download, and then do your own label merge using Excel and Word. This way, you have the format and the labels, and the with a little bit of playing around you may be able to get it to work with your track athletes.
