For class records in cross country the athletes are only listed under one grade instead of 4 grades. They are always listed under the grade where they had their fastest time. For instance a girl who had their fastest race as a sophomore would be listed only under the sophomore list but would not be listed for freshmen, Junior and Senior years. Is there a way to fix it so kids will be listed for all four years.

Thanks for pointing this out. I wasn't even aware that there were "team records" but now on my main team page I see a "activeate team records" link which I just clicked on. I hit save. I see no records yet, but I suspect it's something that will happen tonight when they run a script or something as is common on the site.
I look forward to seeing how they look. I also look forward to all time performance lists in cross like they have in track. I think they are coming soon.
