I am trying to download the entries for my meet. I am the meet host and have all the hosting tools. However, when I enter the Meet ID and the Key that I'm given, I get a message saying I've entered an invalid number in one of the fields. Help?
Hi Barbara. This was happening to another coach this past week as well. Here are the two things that I had them do:
Edited 1.) Click on the Save button that is located beneath the MeetID and Key, then click Download Meet. This will allow the program to recognize the Key.
2.) If that doesn't work, download a fresh copy of the EMMxc and enter the MeetID and Key. Again, making sure to 'Tab' away from the cell that you entered the key in to.

After entering in the MeetID and Key, you can also click on the Save button, located directly beneath the MeetID and Key. This will enable you to download the meet entries properly, as well.
