While we do work hard to keep up with the ever-changing alignments in each state, on our end of maintaining the site, we also provide a link at the bottom of each state homepage to update team alignments as well. This is accessible to all coaches. :-)

I have updated Freeport and Aurora. Please add a new school Woodstock North, they are a AA school. They belong in the Antioch regional (Belvideere Sectional)

The 2009 Cross Country alignments for Illinois are now updated according those posted on the IHSA website. Additionally, Woodstock North HS has been added to the site. Thanks Scott!
NOTE: I went through each region and added the appropriate teams to those regions. However, I did not remove teams that maybe should be completely un-aligned for the season.
