[quote user="Don Passenger"] What I am finding is that I am wasting a lot of time on athlete matching when there are no possible matches. So schools with NO POSSIBLE matches should not be red, green (I would have said yellow but that is already taken), or black. Grey is the color of hopelessness ... purple/pink like the girls outline color

We will soon be updating the Track & Field Results Uploader. Some of the new features present on the XC Uploader will be applied to the TF Uploader. So, that we can make these changes and any others, all at the same time, we are looking for suggestions and input from you. If you have an idea or additional feature that you would like to see added

Josh : The above picture that Don has included is what I was talking about the other day when adding a new picasa account. It is not very intuitive at all...but you mentioned this being on their end (picasa) and not a report that we generate. Is this the case? Don : You do not have to add a new picasa account when adding a new album. Unless you are

Cameron, Valor MS has been added to the site and linked up to Woodburn HS. I went ahead and added your coach account access to the team as well. Here is the link to the Valor MS Track page. I have aligned the team in the same league as French Prairie MS, and those changes will be made live soon. Thanks for asking!

The unlinking will take place on the Athletic.net Upload page for the Track Meet. Since the points are included in the HyTek file, the Uploader will auto-calculate the team scores. You don't want to have the B-Team result linked at the time of posting team scores. (Although in your case, all teams will need to have their own score...hmmm). Don,

Click on the meet that you are working on to go to the Meet Manage page / Host Tools for that meet. Click Edit Meet Divisions - Then create divisions for 5/6 red, 5/6 green....etc....7/8 cougars & another for 7/8 falcons. You will then

At least as a reminder, have coaches see the Help tab for step-by-step instructions, or for advanced setup instructions. Particularly the Scoring section, as through the advanced setup options, meet hosts can score just about any type of meet. It may appear long, but the information is great. Josh was able to detail and lay out the directions and multiple

Yes, there is an issue with a few of the custom lists being wiped of the teams listed. Glad to hear that you were able to add them back on, Brad. With only a few teams on that list, it is easier. I have gone through and made copies of some of the larger custom lists...if this is to happen to them, as well. David has been looking in to the issue. Thanks

Hi Don, It is fine to share the tip on how to pre-load XC calendars, but (for now) I would stick with passing it on to just those who are involved with using the XC Uploader. Additionally, to repeat what David said: [quote user="David Bowdoin"] I believe this solution should only be used for league meets where you know which teams are coming
