  • Matched Athletes in Track Uploader - Yellow with no name on right.

See this screen -- happened for several teams. I missed the second line in the explanation and so I was confused (again ...). Yellow means: Athlete Name - Close athlete match or if matched to blank athlete - athlete is active in a different sport/season. So those athletes match a kid from a different season/sport (we only have two sports so far ...

Hey Dan, What about changing the + to a - before the item? Or putting a color background on the numbers (similiar to the pink/blue background on athlete confirmation screen)? Just a couple of additional thoughts. Don

Here is the third piece of this showing how we go from uploaded, through the uploader process. It may overlap a little. Link to Using the Uploader

and then of course I grab the meet (in barf format courtesy of sydex) and take it to notetab via a paste I tried to use cut/paste on screen as well as alt+tab to move between programs which is slower than my usual control + a, control + c, control + v I have one big mistake as I have been converting the team scores to html mark up -- you see I do that

  • Creating a Cross Country Meet

This is probably the most laborious part of the process, especially for historical meets ... Thought you might like to see how I do it as that may help improve the process. This particular one is complicated by the fact that there is another regional the same day and I start to use that and then have to back out ... I use the back button (of screen

This should also be a no match meet -- when there are no gender matched athletes:

oh and I still wish that when I was adding to calendar in 2006 that when I complete adding the meet I'd still be in 2006 instead of transporting back to 2009 ... dates aren't "sticky" ... although I learned to hit the back button and then the link to the meet I just added so that part is faster

If I had a nickle for every time I wondered that same thing. I wonder if there should be a different classification ... I often take charge of a meet when in reality I am not the host. If I know the host, I may add them as a co-host, but in reality I am the host on ANet (that's you). I wish that the default was meet host and divisions locked ..

This might be off topic ... or not. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wish that after someone uploads results it would say on the main page ... RESULTS FOR THIS MEET HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AND ARE PENDING IN THE MODERATION QUE. That way people know that they are coming.
